Well it felt like that today. Signs of things turning green. Leaves blown from trails showing just how rocky they are. Lovely. And I would have missed it all if I hadn’t had a broken spoke on my road bike!

What a beautiful day for a ride. With the temperature hovering around freezing and the sky clear it would have been rude to head for the wooded single track. So we went out up to Loch Ordie. You can’t beat a couple of hours in the sun.

….but there was a 300mph head wind and the mud was axle deep. Can you tell where it is yet? Still it was great to get out and enjoy the fresh air.
